Keilor Road Physiotherapy Clinic Policy

By signing your waiver, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions of Keilor Road Physiotherapy.

Waiver:

By signing your waiver as a new patient to Keilor Road Physiotherapy, you agree to the following. I agree to not hold Keilor Road Physiotherapy or any of its contractors or employees responsible for any injuries or other misfortune sustained while attending the clinic or the rehabilitation studio. I also understand that my contact information provided may be used by Keilor Road Physiotherapy and its event partners for marketing purposes.

Service Sales:

All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in case of a merchant processing software error, or if a Keilor Road Physiotherapy team member incorrectly processes a payment on the client’s behalf.

Retail Returns Policy:

All retail sales are final. No refunds or exchanges on retail purchases, unless the item is deemed faulty. No refunds or exchanges will be issued due to change of mind unless otherwise stated.

Class Packs:

Class Packs are valid for 3 months commencing from the date of purchase. Class Packs are non-refundable and non-transferable. They cannot be shared and are for individual use only.

Physiotherapy Appointment Cancellations:

Thank you for respecting both our physiotherapists time and those clients in need of our time by honouring our strict 18-hour cancellation policy for physiotherapy appointments. In order to avoid our strictly enforced late cancellation fee of $75, cancellations for any appointment type will need to be made more than 18 hours in advance of your appointment. For compensable patients, you will be charged the $75 privately.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer any exceptions. Thank you for your understanding.

Class Cancellations:

Thank you for respecting our waitlisted clients and honouring our strict 9-hour cancellation policy for classes and 12-hour cancellation for private appointments. In order to avoid forfeiting your class or getting a $15 late cancellation charge (for unlimited membership holders) please be sure to cancel online through your MindBody account at least 9 hours prior to your class. For private appointments we require cancellation via email to info@keilorroadpilates.com.au at least 12 hours prior to your appointment.

No exceptions. No refunds. No class credits. Thank you.

Late Arrivals:

Please arrive early for all appointments, including classes, for a smooth check-in experience. Out of respect for our other clients and our physiotherapists time, you may be denied your appointment if you arrive greater than 5 minutes late for your appointment. In this instance, you will be charged our cancellation fee of $75.

For exercise classes, please make sure if you arrive early to have yourself signed in by the attending physiotherapist to avoid penalty. Failure to check in can result in a late cancellation/no show fee.

Class Etiquette:

Please make sure to check in with the attending physiotherapist for every class you attend. Failure to check in can result in a late cancellation/no show fee.

Please leave personal items in storage drawers provided - this includes bags and shoes. Our studio is peaceful and a clutter free zone. Mobile phones can be kept with you provided they are on silent mode and are not distracting to you or other clients. Please place them out of the way of other clients near your reformer bed. Please keep all food and gum out of the studio. Stay for the entire class. If you have a special circumstance, let the teacher know before class starts and grab a reformer by the exit.

Socks Etiquette:

Socks are required for reformer 1:1’s, for hygiene purposes, especially for exercises such as feet in straps. Grip socks are encouraged for all classes and are available to purchase at reception in the clinic.

Lost property:

Keilor Road Physiotherapy is not responsible for personal items. If you have misplaced an item, please email info@keilorroadphysiotherapy.com.au
