Avit Vaghela

Avit graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science in 2016, majoring in Exercise Physiology. Following on from this, Avit successfully completed his Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Canberra. He has returned to Victoria with a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from his studies and working in Wollongong and Canberra.

Avit has also worked in multiple gym settings across East Gippsland as well as assisting St. Kilda Football Club with sports trainer and injury rehabilitation roles within their NGA program. 

Avit believes in the use of education to empower his patients to a greater understanding about the science behind their symptoms. This compliments his manual therapy skills and expertise in exercise prescription for rehabilitation. He aims to provide clients with the confidence to optimise their function and reach their personal goals through Tailored Management Planning  

Outside of work, Avit’s interests include playing and watching soccer, watching AFL, participating in outdoor activities, travelling the world, and socialising.
