Lochie Armstrong

Lochie is a qualified and passionate Pilates teacher, having completed her Certificate IV in Pilates Reformer and Matwork at Breathe Education. She approaches teaching Pilates through current evidence-based practice. This means she continues to learn and adapt her teaching in accordance with the latest scientific recommendations. By doing so, she empowers clients to move fearlessly, explore their full potential and ultimately have a more meaningful experience.

She encourages clients to experiment with movement and have fun whilst building strength, flexibility and mobility. She creates an inclusive environment and her classes involve layers and modifications so people at any level of fitness are encouraged to join.

Lochie has always lead an active lifestyle, competing in a wide range of sports from a young age - from swimming to netball to calisthenics. She now continues to try new things and develop skills such as learning aerial (silks, trapeze, pole and hoop) and daily pilates practice. She is an avid traveller and loves to hike, having spent years exploring Australia in her van with her dog. In her down time, she loves to read, spend time in nature and swim in the ocean.
